Alas, these were just expensive, basic cookies. Which is what you want in an amazing cookie. The cookies, some very sweet, the others just basic soft cookies, didn't measure up to any kind of nostalgic moments. Now for the grand total of $32.75 (given to me in two receipts since she left the buttercream off), I expected to be amazed. The last to add is 12 classic cookies into a box. I also ordered 3 scoops of ice cream, chocolate and birthday cake, to watch Wednesday compress into another small container. Comes back about 4 minutes later with this small container of thick, and when I say ss. Sounds good right! I order that and she grabs a container and disappears.
I was told that it was "their version" of whipped Nutella buttercream. The most conversation I got from the Wednesday carbon copy, was when I asked about the insomnia chocolate buttercream. I asked about different things, and was responded to with one word or a blank look. Whether or not a sale was made, had no importance. To start, the girl that helped me had the attitude of a very unenthused and bored Wednesday from the Adams family. I am leaving my original review as is (maybe one small change), however, the change in ⭐s, is due to fact that it wasn't a horrible experience, just disappointing. I would like to amend my review, from 1⭐ to 2 ⭐⭐. You will be sorry- if you order from them- fake operation and very cold. Worst place- and terrible customer service - below rating- negative 10- they just want your money and don’t care about the customer or the people they are sending the cookies- money making racket- very very poor customer service- so very sorry I ordered from them. Sad my cousin- has no idea who the gift was from. So sad- I should never ever order from such an unprofessional place- beware- they tell you they will fix it but completely ignore it- after spending 45 minutes trying to fix it-no fault of mine but there website that is not an easy place when you are busy. I called and they refused to let my cousin know - and give me 10 dollars which I refused. The cookies were delivered today - on my email receipt our names were missing- so my cousin who is going through a lot has no idea who they are from. I immediately called customer service- it took 45 minutes they said they would add the message. After the order went in it totally cut off the message and our names.
